Almroth holds a bachelor degree in global development and political science at Stockholm’s University. Her studies focused on how to cultivate a critical and engaged approaches to debates on development, as well as understanding social, political and economic change and the impact of such change on affected societies, and varying responses by different social actors. For her Bachelor thesis, Almroth studied the paradox of humanitarian reasoning in Swedish migration policy. She completed an internship at Forum Syd’s communication unit and thereafter worked as administrator and project coordinator for the GDPR project. At the moment, she is studying strategic communication and sustainability.
