All our 2014 highlights summarized in the annual report
During 2014 the Centre welcomed a new board and the contributions from the board members and Chair of the board Francis Westley will be valuable for future developments.
The 2014 annual report includes a special feature on Francis Westley and the new board.
Other highlights include:
- The Resilience conference in Montpellier where Centre researchers contributed with 98 presentations
- The first EAT Stockholm Food Forum took place, co-organized by the Centre and the Stodalen Foundation
- The Centre’s (and indeed Stockholm University’s) first ever MOOC "Planetary boudaries and human opportunities" was successfully launched
- The book "Reflections on people and the biosphere" by Centre scientific director Carl Folke features a 30-year collection of pictures taken from a fixed point in the Swedish archipelago accompanied by insights on resilience research.
- A summary of the sustainability and transdiscpilinary workshops that were organized and held during the year
